Can Cogastro employees access the SaaS customer data?
Your actual data cannot be accessed directly because we use data encryption standards. Secondly, we only use aggregated data for analytics, which cannot be traced back to any particular company except, of course, for the company that owns the data. Also, Cogastro applies internal data access layers, just like those used in banking systems to provide additional security.
Can other Cogastro customers access data that doesn't belong to them?
Does Cogastro use or leverage the data, e.g. for advertising and marketing?
