At Cogastro, we support insect industry growth by delivering software as a service to gather data and provide insect cycle and farming efficiency insights.

Your primary objective will be to work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the Cogastro mobile application.

WE ARE A FIT IF:

You love software development and have a proven at least 3 years of work experience in Android app development.

You have BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

You have published at least one original Android app

You have experience with Kotlin

You have experience working with REST API and JSON data

You have experience with third-party libraries and APIs

You have experience writing integration/ui/unit tests

You have working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies

You have solid understanding of the full mobile application development life cycle

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Design and build advanced application for the Android platform

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features

Work with outside data sources and APIs

Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
